What is Diabetes?
Type 2 diabetes is a progressive condition in which the body becomes resistant to the normal effects of insulin and/or gradually loses the capacity to produce enough insulin in the pancreas. Type 2 diabetes is associated with modifiable lifestyle risk factors.
Why does one get Diabetic?
To begin with I would like to give one example: When we are in recession what do we need to do? we should cut our overheads, reduce expense, reduce staff and reduce inventory. Its simple and logical and vice- versa when there is lot of demand from the market we should increase production, increase staff, etc.
Now our body also works on the same principle. When you live a sedentary lifestyle your body converts your energy from your food to fats and stores it so it can use when needed. But when the sedentary lifestyle is prolonged the Power house of our body which our Mitochondria’s slowly reduce in numbers and the muscle which use most of the energy also slowly reduce making the basal metabolic rate drop further. So after a certain time due to increased fat percent in the body and overload to the pancreas for continuously converting sugars into fats cause insulin deficiency or low production of insulin. This is the main cause of type 2 Diabetes and it is directly related to the person’s Lifestyle.
How to get freedom from Diabetes?
It sounds simple but just changing the wrong lifestyle and targeting the root problem will reverse your diabetes. Now when you take medicine to reduce blood sugar levels, have you thought about what happens to the sugar in your blood? It’s a simple law “Energy cannot be Created nor Destroyed; It can only be converted from one form to the other.” So now you must have got it, the sugar is converted to fats which are stored in the body. When a diabetic takes medicine the blood sugar dips down and body craves for food as it feels low in sugar so again the person has to eat and again take medicine to reduce the sugar levels, so this circle keeps happening and adding more fat to the body. So indirectly the medication is helping the main enemy which was the fat and increasing it. So now imagine if someone is having a sedentary life, wrong diet and is taking medicines will never break from this cycle. The simple Answer to this is Change in Lifestyle.

Have a Strict Exercise Routine Everyday
